Mirillis Action Active Screen Problem

Hey, I have Action and I use it to record on certain games (Minecraft, Call of Duty etc). I usually use the 'Games and applications' mode to record, however when I try to record in 'Active screen' mode my screen flashes black and then ends up freezing. I know some people will say "use a different screen recorder" but most of them don't record in quality like Action and I really can't be asked downloading any other software. I'm only looking for help related to this program. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you on windows 7? Also have you been using Action! before, without this problem?

You can try uninstalling Mirillis Action by going to: Charms Bar -> Search -> Type in "Control Panel" -> Programs -> Uninstall a Program -> Find and Uninstall Action! -> Go to File Explorer -> In the search bar at the top right type in "REGEDIT" -> click on the broken cube looking thing that's called "regedit.exe" -> in the menu bar go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Then delete the "Mirillis Folder" -> Close REGEDIT -> go back to file explorer -> go to your C Drive -> Program Files x86 (if you dont have program files x86 folder go to program files) -> delete Mirillis folder -> Then re-install Mirillis Action!!! Hopefully that will fix your problem!!!
