Mis-using vouch's

Please add a rule that will handle the proper usage of offering a, "Vouch Copy".

The idea behind it is that you get the product for free for an honest review of the product.

All I ever see people say is, "Vouch" with no real review about the product being offered.

My point is don't allow people to just say vouch, they need to offer something useful to those who are relying on those vouch's to be legit.

If a user drops a vouch, the user who is buying from that user can decide to either listen to that vouch or not. You should always be careful when you do a deal, no matter how good a user's reputation is. So if a user just drop's a "Vouch", you don't have to listen to it.
