All the builds have been covered, all the mines, spawn, pvp, all of the essentials.
DONE.
Now what remains is the technical portion of this extravagant endeavor.
We need YOU experts on Minecraft server development to help us.
Now, at this point you may be thinking... "Crafter, why in Satan's balls would I help you?"
Well the answer is simple.

Your mission, should you chose to accept it..
Set up standard prison mining areas for the prison mines and ranks which would include regions
Set up kits
Set up a kickass /ranks and /rankup plugin
Set up Leader Board plugin
Set up rank Prefixes and suffixes
Minor permissions. 99% of them have been done already
Set up tp portals in spawn
And overall, make all the server plugins run smoothly and neatly
