Introduction
Right, i'm going to keep this whole thing short and snappy, my name is Mistii_ or Yikes___ in-game. I have been staff on many servers, varying from prisons to factions, minigames and skyblock servers. Specific servers would be: The Hive, NexusMC, JurassicPvP, Badlion, The Archon and was offered positions elsewhere. Other than this i have been staff on countless small servers. My favourite type of gamemode is cosmic based faction servers. Now onto the next bit, my previous experiences have mostly been moderators and admins, not really managers. However, my view is after so much staffing you get to know how a good staff member and how a bad staff member works, so with this I think i qualify for being a staff manager. I'm not asking for any payment however if I continue to work for you and work more hours eventually we could discuss it. My role would have simple perms such as:
Ranking / Pexing / Group Manager
Staff applications (accepting / denying)
Staff meetings / Staff reviews
Interviews
Promotions / Demotions
NOTE - I would not make any documents for free, this would be a paid feature of my work but this is not essential. I am active and would be good at all of these things. In my opinion what i'm doing is pretty good considering it's free. I will only work on one to two well developed and advertised servers so please only read the second section if you meet these 2 requirements.
