Hello McMarket community, I wanted to make a post regarding our new team in which is looking for hire - MistLabs. Here at MistLabs we use software to create amazing plugins, software, scripts, bots, and more. Anyways, we have decided to make this post seeing we are looking for experienced developers to help us out with a current factions server (more information will be given if you're interested and want to help out. This will be payed however with recent development and starting everything up we are financially trying to build ourselves up again, but we ensure you will be paid a nice amount once we get going (we can talk more about this on the Discord if you still have concerns via the pay portion).
Some positions in which we are looking for for the current project that we are working on are listed below and will each have their own unique responsibilities and separation from the rest of them to as a team - create an amazing project overall.
Overall Development (General Development) ; This position is available for people who know a little of everything. We like to have a person who can be pulled into a project and know what to do without needing to be moved around.
General Plugin Developers (Spigot API Experienced) ; for this position you will use software to create plugins for our current Minecraft server for a custom and unique feel. We prefer you to have previous experience in regards to server development and maybe portfolio pieces so we can look off of it to ensure you are experienced in this type of field.
Experienced MythicMobs Specialist ; This isn't really a developer position, but in regards to our development project, we will need someone who can create custom creatures with unique models and skills, etc. Not a basic creature in regards to a zombie with extra armor, that is not what this position involves. (Ask questions if you're still confused).

Additional positions may be accepted if you can provide additional experience in which may be of use, if you are interested in becoming a part of this unique experience and get a chance to help out a community in which one day may become a huge success.
