About us :
Mizu network is a new mini games server striving to be the best we possibly can, this Monday we are planning to start development meaning we need a staff team to be able to test, play, and help when we are ready to launch, the majority of our position are open to be applied for. We are starting off with SkyWars and Bedwars with some custom features to it, Clans Mode, ranked and unranked, more information can be given in my PMS to interested applicants, we are in early development and advertising has not started yet, we will be getting a good and detailed logo and then will begin advertising our discord to the public, we are aiming to get 300+ players on our release.

Our staff system.
Currently, all staff positions are open for applying, our staff system will be listed bellow, on our server we have custom staff features to make it as simple as possible for are staff members, you are allowed to play as a staff member as we believe that's one of the best ways to catch hackers and rule breakers on a MiniGames server (as disguised ofcourse ;D). -----------------------

Our staff system.
Our staff system is quite simple, one week after release you will only be able to apply for the position [TRAINEE], but lets say we are already 1 week after release, what would happen is you would apply, if passed Stage 1 you will go into Stage 2, a background check stage, trying to find out more about you, if you pass that successfully you will then hit Stage 3, the interview stage and will be asked questions through a voice call or text and expected to apply with detail responses, if passed that you will be assigned to a mentor which will either be a Moderator or higher, there job will be to assist you in any questions, explain your commands, and even play with you, we believe this is a good way to get staff to interact with each other, and become a beacon of positivity to the community, you will be on the TRAINEE stage for a total of 2 weeks, if your mentor believes you would be a good fit, they will give there reasons why and the management team will oversee them for the last couple days of there trial, if they do well we will announce them as [HELPER] in are next staff meeting.

STAFF POSITIONS
[BUILDER] - Builders most be very talented, they are the ones that create astonishing builds for our server, they create our maps, lobbies, everything you set your eyes amongst.
[TRAINEE] - A TRAINEE has barely any staff perms, only perms to insert certain mutes, there main job is to get themselves out to the community, and assist with any questions, make friends and try to make people's days, your job is to help players and just be a beacon of positivity and if someone needs a chat, chat with them.
[HELPER] - A HELPERS job is to mainly moderate chat, and help players in tickets and on the server, get to know the community better, play with fellow friends etc.
[MOD] - A MOD is a big step up from HELPER, getting promoted from HELPER --> MOD takes around a couple months, the reason for this is as MODS have permissions to ban, and access to certain MODERATIONAL GUI's to assist players, this is technically a wall of buttons and the buttons do certain things to help players, simple.
[SR.MOD] - A SR.MOD job is to oversee the Moderation team, make sure everything is running smoothly, Senior Mods have the ability to announce promotions for staff members bellow them, they also do Ban Appeals, Staff Applications and more behind the scene things, Senior Mods arent as involved in doing things related to the community anymore, time to time you may see a SRMOD on but not too often un-nicked.
[ADMIN] - An ADMIN is not a role you get promoted too exactly, the system is a little different for this situation, its a role only the MANAGER can decide if your ready for, if (i) believe you are ready to become this position, i will message you and we will have a little discussion, and may ask a couple questions, your task is to do applications, insert promotions and demotions and make sure everything is running smoothly.
[DEV] - A developer is someone with loads of experience in Java (Not looking for developers at the moment)
[MANAGER] :
Staff Manager - The staff managers job is to manage the staff team, applications etc, the Staff Manager is someone who the General Manager believes will suite well, this is not a role you can apply for, it will be inserted to you if the General Manager believes you are doing well as an ADMIN.
Community Manager - The community manager manages almost everything to do with support, tickets, media applications, buycraft support, they technically have access to everything that is needed to support people, they also do Events on the discord, and server, tournaments and anything related to the community.
General Manager - The Co-Owner of the network in a different name, there job is to oversee EVERYTHING, the Managers, the Admins, The Staff team, the forums, the development progress, and works mainly with the owner.
[OWNER] - The network owner is the rightful CEO of the network, pays for everything, started and founded the network.

Currently like i said above, you can apply for almost every position until release, if you are wanting to apply for Staff Manager or Community Manager, apply for [ADMIN], i will be picking out certain admins who i think will suite perfectly for those two positions, and before i get the question everyone is asking NO POSITIONS ARE GETTING PAYED APART FROM BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS.AVAILABLE POSITIONS

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Requirements -
- Must be over the age of 13.
- Must have some experience, we do not recommend this is the server to start with if you got 0 experience, but feel free to give it a shot.
- Must of played on our network for atleast 14 days (Not required until one week after release
- Must have a working microphone.
