High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

That’s hilarious Multimap

So I’ll make less than one dollar and let the representatives make more than I worked on? We’re talking work hours you and your developers put in here too, not immune greed.

Basically, you get paid more when you do less. Super logical!

What are you talking about? Lmao. 85% for the developer and 10% for the sales rep, how the fuck would the sales rep make more...?[DOUBLEPOST=1524864081][/DOUBLEPOST]I’d probably say more 90% for the developer but it really depends on how the company finds quality, high paying jobs. For example: JenkinsDesigns (one of the biggest on this forums atm (maybe idk no hate)) is 95% however Penzzly (Minecript) was only a 75% rate. Gotta think about the company as a whole and what they offer to the people working for them from the funds they receive

You keep mentioning three things at once: “developer”, “company” and something about a “sales rep”. Who exactly makes 90% - the developer hired or the company who hired this developer? I need reclarification.
