If a middle man takes your money and runs he can be banned for scamming right?

In general, a good rule of thumb for a MM is to see what they'd lose if they run off with your money, and stay well under that.
I don't middleman, but if I were to scam someone now, whether as MM or as service provider, I'd lose out on nearly a thousand USD per month, and would probs lose out on that indefinitely.
If someone can reliably hit $100+ profit per month anytime with non-MM deals, you can probably trust $50 or so in deals, assuming they're reputable and established. That is not to say people who cannot reach that amount are not reliable as middlemen. It's a one-way guideline.
