MMORPG Spell Plugin.

I would like a developer to make me a plugin where you can cast a spell by holding a certain item and you do

Right-Left-Right Click with mouse to cast a spell
Right-Left-Left
Right-Right-Right
Right-Right-Left

and in the future if I do require more spells I would like a modification where I can contact the developer to make more spells.
