Mob Arena/PvE Plugin

Sooo I'm either looking for an existing plugin or for a quote on how much it would cost to have one made. I've already looked at MobArena, but it's not been updated, and MythicMobs, but I'm unsure if it fits all of my specifications. I've only ever seen something close to what I need on Shotbow for events some time ago.

The idea is a self-managing arena for PvE. Every other hour (configurable time intervals would be preferable), a minute warning broadcast would be announced saying that players have 5 minutes to join the arena for the event. Another broadcast at one minute, and one when it begins. players would be able to join the arena. Once the event begins, players can't rejoin if they die, and they can't join once the event has already started. Mobs would come in waves with increasing numbers/variety of mobs (Configurable would be great again here) until one player remains. That player is automatically given their reward and force-removed from the arena, and a message would be broadcasted that they've won. I'd also like it to be possible to customize the drops of mobs.

So. Yeah, that's oddly specific. A last man standing PvE sort of deal. If anyone has any knowledge of an existing plugin that closely matches this, or can give me an estimate on how much it would cost to have this done, please let me know.

Emecay I would also like to know how much your willing to pay for this, not sure what ItsMonkey charges and I doubt I have a chance against him. But if he doesn't want to make the plugin for you I would love to create it.

Satan can set up Mythic mobs, but you may have to play around with additional plugins including worldguard and title manager to get the remaining features done.

As MarkElf stated, yes I can configure mythicmobs, and it does have a hefty load of features. However there are limitations and being that it is a free plugin, the developer can not be pressured to make new features asap. PM if interested.
