Mob Hopper

I currently have a custom cactus plugin + source, where any cacti drops from cacti farms (not if you manually drop) go into the crop hopper in that chunk.

I need some additions to this plugin:
1. Add sugar canes to support for the crop hoppers
2. Add mob hoppers. These will be ran with the command /mobhopper instead of /crophopper, and like the crop hopper, have configurable messages, item name and lore, etc.

I will send you the src to my current crop hopper plugin if you can do this.
