Mob spawning plugin

Is there a plugin to stop default mob spawning just in the nether?

Not sure if there's a better solution by you could get WorldGuard and set the global mob spawning flag for the nether to false.

If you don't use world guard, i can make a plugin wich does that for free in a few minutes.

This can be done easily in multiverse. Check your worlds.yml
