how much would someone charge me to make me a mob stack plugin that will stack all mod with the exception of IGs

Please explain the plugin a bit more

It stacks all mobs so there is only one mob but would have a number above them so there may be 20x blazes but you only see 1 when you kill one he number decreases and as more spawn it spans into the one you see and the number increases.

Would them be summoned with a command, gather all mobs with the same type in a certain radius/area?
