Mobcoin plugin

Hello,

I would like to purchase a mobcoin plugin for my skyblock server with the following criteria:

1. A customizable GUI, where the player is able to click on objects to buy things, permissions or island upgrades.

2. When a permission is bought or if the island upgrade is maxed, the player is no longer able to buy it again.

3. A choice on which mobs "gives" mobcoins.

4. The mobcoins should NOT be a physical item.

5. Compatible with stackmob?

If this plugin is not a thing yet, how much would it cost for a developer to create this?

I probably have the best option for you as long as your budget can afford it. Its nothing outrageous.
