MobSpawner Spawn Requirments

Hi, can anyone make me a plugin where mob spawners don't have any requirments to spawn.

I understand there are already plugins for this but here is my sitation:

I use wildstacker for mob spawning, when I enable their option for "spawn requirments" it works, but on rare occations the spawner glitches out and spawns mobs 100x speed. I have reached out to the dev and their discord server about this. The dev has not gotten back to me (2 weeks ago) and the players on the discord told me they had the same issue months ago.

I see the best way to deal with this is to make a plugin or system which overrides wildstacker and allows mobs from spawners to spawn anywhere.
