There are tons of plugins like this on the market, don't waste your money on a custom one.
Also, for the developers that want to take that job, I really don't recommend it - it's not that easy, lots of issues, compatible issues, and other things you'll face in the future.

Just use an already existing one, custom one doesn't mean "better"

Edit: Furthermore, public ones are even better - they are constantly tested by lots of players and servers, you know how good/bad they perform and you can just gather statistics about them before buying

I had the plugin made. Also, I could not find a plugin that worked how I wanted it.
