Hello! My name is Jack, people normally just call me Jh.

I have recently resigned from the CurseMC Staff Team, in which I was a "BanHammer", I am now looking for new oppurtunities on the Minecraft Server 'market' if you will.

Why did I leave CurseMC?
If I'm honest, I got a little bored of CurseMC, there was never anything for me to do, I would check the Ban Reports reguarly, and there were never any to fill in, there were rarely hackers or rulebreakers online, and I felt that I was just not needed, this may have been a good thing, but for this reason, I left and am looking for jobs.

Why Ban Team?
Well, I was a 'Helper' on CurseMC for a few months, when I asked for a promotion, I made a formal request through a Skype message to the owner, after waiting a few weeks, I got told I was accepted, I was ontop of the world, yet, I still had a LOT to learn.
After many lessons from the server manager, the admins, and the owner, I think I had got to my peak in how well I did my job, I didn't really think I was any good at the job, however, the owner told me that I was good at my job, this made me feel inspired, the next few days, I banned like never before, I soared through the Ban Reports, and banned hackers like never before, I thought it was great, and I knew, after all that time, that was the one place in a Staff Team, that I belonged. From then on, I knew, if I were to apply for a position on a Minecraft Server, this is what I should be aiming for.

Personal Details
My in game name is Jh6062017. Before working on CurseMC, I had searched, for quite a while might I say, for job oppurtunities, I sieved through the servers like it was nothing, until I realised, if I were to get on a server, I'd have to get the server to know me, when I realised, my idol, and one of my old friends (SAMMIEPLAYS_), was starting CurseMC, I started playing, and enjoying, my time on CurseMC. After 3 or 4 months, I finally got a placement as a helper, like 5 months on, here I am.
I am 14 years of age, here's where you're probably going to lose hope in me.
Yes, I may be young, and it may usually mean the person in question is immature. However, (and I have people who can back me up, if requested, on this) I am mature, and being mature doesn't mean you are not fun, and you're boring, or whatever, it means I can handle responsibilty, and most of all, I can be trusted.

Experience?
Now, I have only really had one real staff position, and that has been CurseMC, others have been, a younger and immaturer me. However, I recommend that you take time to talk to the people listed in references, and ask a little about me, I

References
Now I'm going to tag a few of the people (if they are on mc-market) in this post, and they can leave there HONEST opinion of me as a staff member, and as a person in general, in the replies.

CurseMC Owner: SAMMIEPLAYS_
CurseMC Staff Member: The Cob
CurseMC Manager: iRelinquish
CurseMC Support-Admin: TarrPlays

Thank you for taking the time to read this, I highly recommend you speak to some of the people listed above, and take time to think about this, I do think I should be considered.

So right! NEVER talk in that manner. You just showed a lack of confidence, there is no reason whatsoever to make such a statement behind your age. Your post. What you have to say, that should be enough.

While on this point however, I would like to say with age comes maturity, I wouldn't accept anyone under the age of 16 under any circumstances just because I was there, I know others that were there and I understand the mentality people have(You may be capable! I don't know! But as said, older you are the better it is!). I felt so ready, to be .. a moderator. Why? That's a good question, and I have the same for you.

Why do you want to serve a community you know nothing about?

I will look into every server offered intensely, I will not decide on the server in any less than a week.
I need to feel dedicated on the said server, also I'd have to enjoy playing on the server, if I do not believe the server can make it, I will not get into it.

This is .. interesting
Especially since you said you need to feel dedicated on "the said server".

This seems to me, more or less what I like to call "Power Hunting", and yes, I think you are doing just that(though it is my opinion, others should form their own).

To be loyal to a community .. you need to be in that community. You must know the community and like the community, and last but not least the community must appreciate you, or you will have an unloyal community, or you unloyal to them.

Here is why all servers(and communities alike) should hand pick their staff members and ditch the application system.
It is because if the community likes a person and respects them enough and to be completely humble with the idea of this user above them, in authority, it will show. However if those in authority are not trusted, are not respected, the community will hurt. There is nothing that will make a person(or community) who has worked hard in their community that they know and love more furious than if someone outside that community comes in and starts calling the shots. Who is that person to do so? Who is that person to just expect respect, loyalty and humbleness from the community?

If you need to apply, it is for a very simple reason. The community DOES NOT NEED YOU.
This is actually the reason so many communities fall, though often the owners of servers like to shrug it off as the players just being toxic in the communities.

What do you mean by "Power Hunting", I am looking for a server where I would play, if I weren't to be a Staff Member.
If I'm not interested in the server why would I want to run it? Especially if I didn't have a good understanding of the game mode.
It's just looking for a job that will last rather than going from one position to another, if I don't have dedication I won't be interested, it'll just slip from me. If searching for dedication is 'power hunting' than, what should I do?

Ahh, I see. This makes so much more sense now. You're searching for dedication..
Someone please hit me on the head with a bucket, either the world going is crazy or I am. o_O

What are you even talking about anymore?
I asked you to clear things up, and you just made things worse.
