Mod Developer - Big Budget!

Hi, looking for experienced Programmers & Modelers & Artists for a big project with a big budget (over 15k USD willing to invest in the first 3 months).
The mod will be a re-imagine of what Minecraft could've been, after the alpha verison, with the goal on re-balancing the way mob interact with the player, brand new combat system, reworking wolves and other pets, re-introduction to the survival elements that made Minecraft so challenging in the past... from villages to the end - I want to re-make Minecraft entirely step by step. Who am I? - my name is Aviel, I'm 24 years old. I founded two 7 figures marketing companies. I used to CEO one of the companies, and manage my team- so I have experience with that, but now I hired someone else to do that and I have a lot of free time to invest in my passion. My passion always been game development (4 years java and C# developer), and I always wanted to make a competitor game to Minecraft. I actually started working on one (I will attach videos to it in a moment) - but realized starting from scratch will take me too much time.. so I want to work on a big mod instead. So what’s the thing that will bring traffic to this plugin? If it’s a mod just going to a different version of Minecraft in the early stages just go back to that version?... I understand it would be different for what Minecraft could’ve been but for me I see no incentive for people to download and use this mod at all.

I've been a mod developer for upwards of 2 years, and some elements from the videos you're showing are just impossible with a Minecraft mod.

That is fine. The video is not the mod, its just to show my experience with game development and my first project. I know Minecraft has limits- and my goal is to push it to its limits with the mod.

The mod is a re-work of Minecraft, its not the original version, its an entirely different game with most core features changed and re-designed. From the world generation to combat, the goal is to change EVERYTHING that was added to Minecraft - just before the nether update. It will be a completely new experience, yet familiar to the original feel of Minecraft.

I know what I'm saying is vague, but I have feature documents with all the ideas written down already. I will be happy to share some of the feature ideas privately if you're interested in the project. I want to believe people will play it, because it will be an entirely new experience- a game within a game.

If you're looking for a spare hand, I'm willing to contribute around 3-4 hours of programming per/week. Quite busy lately but since it's a small contribution I don't really mind how much I'm being paid.
