Mod Development Team Recruitment

Hello everyone!
I have been playing modded Minecraft for quite a while now, and I was thinking of creating mods of my own. However, I decided that I wouldn't want to do this alone, so I decided to start creating a modding team, where each member of the team would do different jobs. I do not intend for this to have a management system, and there won't be a CEO or any of that crap. Instead, this would be a team who will work together, and have equal say in decision making.
I only have a texture designer at the moment (me), but this is what I currently need:
- A coder
- A tester
- A model creator
- And an animator
NOTE: I am looking for people to make mods with me FOR FUN. I will NOT be paying ANYONE for their contribution towards the mod development. However, I would be more than willing to give all contributors any sort of credit that they prefer, as long as it isn't monetary.

Well I can be a tester, I mainly do bukkit plugins and have some experience on forge, but I don't think I can take the responsibility to be a coder.

And yes free as I am interested.

I can test depending on the mod pack. I wouldn't be able to test anything too heavy.
If it's like orespawn and tekkit etc.. I'm all for it and I can help beta-test and play around :tup: I also have a friend that would join me as we play modded Minecraft in our free-time
