Mod Position or Helper [Free or Paid]

Hello there my name is Beckster.
As said in the title I am looking for a position to help on a Minecraft server, either Moderator or Helper.
Things about me:
Age: 16
Why do I want to be a Staff Member?: Because I love playing Minecraft and it's honestly one of my favorite games to play and I like to help people if they don't know how to play and I help with the chat and I can be serious if I have to.
Previous experience?: I have been Owner on 4 servers (Three of them were mine but was unfortunately was shut down because I couldn't afford it and one was a friends) I have also been a Moderator on a server which was for a few months that averaged about 30 sometimes 50+ players and been Helper on a small server with 5 players.
How much would I like to be paid?: Any amount would be fine for me but mostly looking for £3 per week and paid on PayPal if fine. If you don't want me to be paid straight away or until you think I'm best suited for the job that is absolutely fine with me.

How often will I be active on the server?: I can be on for a least 3 hours per day if I'm busy and 10 hours during the day.
Any additional info?: I live in the United Kingdom, I have been playing Minecraft for over 3 years now and I'm a girl(in case people didn't know) and I love playing Fifa 18 and Fortnite Battle Royale, I also love Pokemon and Butterflies and eating food. My favorite color is Red.
Also I would prefer a small server to Help on with around 60 players each day, I don't mind a little bit more.
Also hoping for an Owner that's professional but not really serious.

I've never seen someone request pay for being a mod/helper + you don't have a big portfolio. Maybe work for free first and expand it before you request pay as a managerial position.

Your looking to moderate on a server with 30-50 players and looking to get paid. No way anyone will pay you on that size neither most likely at any size as a helper or moderator but gl i guess.

Sorry but I need the money and I can be on Minecraft a lot. What can I improve?

Your most likely not gonna get money straight up. If your with the server for a while most of them time big or decently big servers and you work your way up to manager theres a chance you can get paid. Most minecraft server owners dont really treat it as a work place.

Ok thank you also for the feedback, I'm not looking for money straight away I can be with the server for a long time if need be. Until they feel I am best suited for that position is fine with me.
