Mod that drops op items as you walk

Specifics:
I want a mod that drops OP items specifically only while you are walking, not sprinting just walking so there is a way to control whether or not items would drop, I want it to be random as well I don't want you to be getting the items in the same order or same items period. I also want the quantity to be random as well.
