Does anyone think they are capable to make me & my friend a specific mod that would send a 'ping' noise & make your name bold in their sentence if your name is mentioned in the chat?

e.g
colouringbook: Hi Venezuela (pings)
Venezuela: Hi colouringbook (pings)
