Modded Minecraft Startup Problems - Launcher crashes

So recently with some friends I have tried to start up a 1.12.2 public (but whitelisted)
modded minecraft server. We have 53-59 mods in total, all 1.12.2 versions.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft.
I have deleted and reinstalled the mods multiple times as well as my developer.
I have deleted java and gotten the newest version.
I have taken loads of advice pretty much but still can't get it to work.
I am also 100% sure I'm using the requested forge for the modpack.

We were able to get some progress in actually getting the minecraft luancher to
work, but it stops responding right away, and when you go to close it, it asks
if you're wanting to find the problem, and when you click yes, it just crashes minecraft
after a couple mins of loading aka looking for the problem.

All other versions of minecraft work fine.
I've done modded minecraft in the past, but only ever once with 1.12.2 and that was private,
and never 1.12.2 publicly.
My dev can also get into the server, but I can't.

Any suggestions? Anyone willing to help?

That's apart of the modded trade off. You just have to add more gb to your minecraft start up. which we've done

From what I and my dev see, no.

There are no error logs whatsoever? I'm pretty sure in your .minecraft folder there are text files like "launcher-log.gz". You can rename to .txt and view it

Well my dev just had a look and was doing some things but teamviewer cut off twice randomly without us touching it. He has given up
