Modded Server centered around the Create Mod

Preface:
Hi Ya'll been a while since I have been on this site, but I have been diving back into Minecraft and have fallen back in love with it. Modded Minecraft in particular.

Request:
I am requesting a server to be built around the Create Mod. I want it to be an economy type server that requires players to create large factories and such to compete for richest on the server. I want the mod pack to be pretty vanilla with some mods that we can discuss.

Preference: I would prefer that an individual who is particularly skilled take on the project and keep me in the loop, guiding and mentoring me through the process of creating the server. However, I am not opposed if some established vouched group can create this for me quick.

Price: Negotiable and would be figured out through a process of DMs/meetings
