The Modenz Build Team is assembled with builders and a terraformer. We are not looking for builders! I will create another thread if and when we need more. No Vouch Copies, our portfolio shows our skill.
I, zach ahrris will be the manager of the team. All requests/payments will be going through me.
Pricing:
Our prices are all in USD and through Paypal Invoicing as follows for our
Building prices:
100x100 = $75
150x150 = $100
200x200 = $125
250x250 = $150
Terraforming prices (measured by side lengths, width by length):
500x500 = $20
1000x1000 = $40
2000x2000 = $70
3000x3000 = $80
4000x4000 = $100
5000x5000 = $120
8000x8000 = $180
10000x10000 = $270
These are negotiable and are extremely rough estimates, as we believe that every build should be uniquely planned and built, which varies in time and effort
Timeframe:
Time frame for completion for builds will be a maximum of the following at 11:59PM PST of:
100x100 = 1 week
150x150 = 1 week 3 days
200x200 = 2 weeks
250x250 = 2 weeks 3 days
All build requests will go through the following process:
1. Client will contact me over skype
2. I will discuss with the client to determine their finalized build request with enough detail to contact the team for a quote/agreed price and timeframe.*
3. Client will receive the quote and if they choose to pay step 4 will initiate.
4. The client will receive an invoice to their paypal (50% of the agreed total price) with the TOS written out on this thread.**
5. Client pays the 50% upfront payment
6. Build team will work on completing client's request(s)
7. Screenshots of the progress of the request(s) will be sent to me and I will send these to the client of the progress of the request(s), and the screenshot of the finalized request(s).

- If client is unsatisfied, changes can be negotiated but not guaranteed.
- If client is satisfied, a second invoice of the last 50% of total price will be sent to client and step 9 will occur.
9. Client pays the invoice of the other 50% of full payment.
10. Client will receive their request(s) through the format of schematic or world file.
(* means that the quote will be taking into account of any current orders ahead of this potential payment. This is in regards to timeframe, as the price will most likely stay the same and no rush orders will be accepted as we aim to deliver the highest of quality to any builds, regardless of price/queue order.)
(** means that the invoice TOS will be edited to match the timeframe that the client and I have discussed/agreed upon. Besides that, no other changes will occur on the TOS of this invoice.)
