Moderation Cmds Discord Bot

Not paid as this should be insanely simple.

I do not care what language its coded in so long as its in 1 of the 3 listed:
- python
- Java
- NodeJS

Basically I need the bot to be able to have a configuration section where the token and custom prefix symbol will be.

I will also need the following commands:

• <prefix>{prune or clear, both should be working aliases} 20
• <prefix>kick <user_#_id> <reason>
• <prefix> kick @mention_user <reason>
• <prefix>ban <user_#_id> <reason>
• <prefix>ban @mention_user <reason>
• <prefix>mute set @mention_mute_role
• <prefix>mute <user_#_id> <reason> 5m
• <prefix>mute @mention_user <reason> 5m
• <prefix>modlog #mod-logs-channel
