Hello MC-Market!

My server MystiaMC has been under development for the last few months and we have been perfecting all features of our server and making sure that everything works to the best of it's ability and making everything pristine. We have recently hit 300+ members of our discord server and we are growing very rapidly. We are looking for two professional and experienced staff members who are interested in devoting large amounts of time to our server. We are looking for staff members with the qualities stated above, not children who are interested in it for cheating. MystiaMC is a Towny server full of exciting custom and unique content that will provide you with the best Minecraft experience. We are a Geopolitical Towny server that runs with the land-claiming plugin of Towny and an Earth map at 1:500 scale. We have awesome features and a wonderful and fast growing community.

We are seeking for the most qualified and professional people for our open positions, that have a lot of previous experience either Managing or Moderating large servers.

Available positions:

Moderation Department Members - Helps to grow the community and moderates both the Discord and the Minecraft server. Allows time for working on the server and has advanced people skills and moderation skills.
Requirements: Minimum age of 16 years, 2+ years of experience and has a professional and experienced standpoint. Must be familiar with Trello, has Discord and Minecraft moderation ability and understanding, advanced people skills and an understanding of situations.

Must be able to provide a quality up to date portfolio over previous experiences. Exceptions will not be made for age requirements depending on how much experience and knowledge you have. We are looking for professional staff members who have experience, not unprofessional and selfish children who are only in it to cheat.

Hey there, I have a few suggestions for you

-Add a kind of layout like making titles and subtitles bold or bigger
-Make a bit more of a list instead of a paragraph

This is just so it looks more appealing and that it's easy to read
