Introduction
Hey! My name is Samuel more commonly known as Eep. I am offering my moderation services to a server or network that is dedicated to growing their community. I want to say that my services are highly professional and I will work in the best interests of the community and senior staff. I am currently studying a Level 3 BTEC Computing course at college. I am taking this course because it is what I have a passion for, within the course, I will study a total of 18 units over a two year period, some of which are graphics, animation, web production, and computer systems. After finishing at college, I hope to attend a University studying Cyber Security. All of these units, as well as units from my previous year, such as spreadsheets, will help me support you and your server with other tasks if you so require me to. I don’t spend all my time on computers though; I like to go out and socialize, play some sports and also take part in scouting and explorer meetings. I am a Young Leader for a cub group, as well as being a Student Representative within my college, which has helped me become a much better leader in all aspects, from Minecraft to the real world. I can easily adapt to new situations and get a job done. If someone does not know how to complete a task given to them, I will not hesitate to use my experience to help and finish the task.
I am looking for a moderator position to gain further experience as a staff member and to help assist where needed and expand a community.
2)
Experience
I worked with UpBeat Radio for a few weeks, reporting on real-world tech news every Saturday and Sunday.
Roles: Trial News Reporter -> News Reporter
Users: 100-300 active listeners / 50-100 views on articles (At time of working there)
Ocean Services is a small company that allows people to hire freelancers to complete work. As a Sales Rep, I contacted possible clients and informed them of what we offer, if they were interested, I would create let them create a ticket on our Discord server, where I would found out exactly what they needed and set them up with the freelancer. While the client and freelancer make a deal and complete the work, I would monitor it to make sure everything ran smoothly and the client was always happy.
Roles: Sales Representative
Clients: Max 250

- Support/Training to Helpers/other staff members below Moderator
- Chat Moderation
- General Support

Why Me
From my experience as an Owner, I have gained a valuable skill set, and I know what to look for in a moderator. I would only ever hire the best applicants for the roles. I would only ever hire users who I believe would make the staff team more efficient and produce the best quality of work, which I myself strive to do. I am dedicated, and I am extremely tolerant, meaning I will happily deal with any user on the network or forum and solve their issue or query in a timely and professional manner. I can easily work independently or in a group, and if that group is not performing, I would happily step up to get it rolling again and complete the task. While working in-game, I would certainly always be professional and mature. However, I also want to keep the community engaged in the server, so I would interact and have some fun with the people playing.
Due to my experience with a wide variety of staff roles, even though many of them have been with a player base of under fifty, I believe I will be able to prove myself as a valuable member of the team. I have not played Minecraft recently, however, I am getting back into it, and want to start off by jumping straight back into the action and volunteering for a server/network.
I truly believe that a server is only as good as its community. I will make sure I am always putting the community first, maintaining a family-friendly environment and keeping the players engaged.

Experience
Overall, I have been playing Minecraft since 2014, March. I started working for servers during the middle of 2015. As I do not remember the names of all the previous servers I have worked on I can’t provide much to any evidence of me staffing there, however, I will still explain as best I can the roles I have performed.
Alongside Minecraft, I have worked with Xenforo. Once when I had my own server, and another time when I performed the role as an Administrator, both experiences listed below. Overall I have had two or so years of experience working with Xenforo, as well as other website hosts such as Enjin.
My time as an Owner for a server that peaked at around thirty players was an amazing experience for me. When I started off, it was a MiniGames server, then after some time a Factions server, then Prison and finally a custom server combining a variety of different game modes. During this time, I have had the opportunity to perform hundreds of bug fixes, I have worked extremely hard behind the scenes to improve my plugin knowledge and skillset. However, I also worked with a huge number of players over the time of owning the server I believe, overall, when I closed the server, it had a total of over 800 individual players join. The change of game modes over time has also helped; giving me experience with each game mode and that I can easily work with change and still do it with the best interest of the community at mind.
Roles: Owner
Users: 5-35 players - 5-15 of which were active players
I gained the role as Co-Owner, but basically Manager, on a server called LonelyBlock. It was one of the first ever networks I staffed on. It had a Hub, Survival, Kit-PvP, MiniGames and SkyBlock server. I helped fix bugs, build maps and manage the staff team. It was an extremely tight-knit community and while I played there, I gained a lot of valuable skills in friendship and maturity.
Roles: Helper -> Moderator -> Administrator -> Co-Owner
I was a Manager on a MiniGames Network called HofuMC. Overall my job was to find the best staff and to make sure they worked efficiently and had the best quality outcomes possible for whatever task they were handed. However, before we released it as a MiniGames Network, the two Owners decided to create a UHC and Practise PvP Network instead. I was fine with this change as I knew overall, I would get more experience by the end of it. At the time, I had never managed a UHC server, so I was looking forward to this development; as I love learning new things. Once again, a change occurred; after having a discussion with the owners, we decided to change it back to a MiniGames Network. We all believed this would be the best option. I believe this also showed my loyalty, as I stuck with them to make this new idea work. I did a lot of bug testing on the server, which has given me a vast knowledge of how to find bugs and make sure they get fixed.
Roles: 21/09/17 Manager
KrakenMC is currently a Factions server. It is under development and will release soon. I started off as a Moderator, and after doing a lot of work for the Owner, have been promoted to Administrator. My main job was to fix bugs, which I did every day for about an hour or more. Once the site came out, I started working on it to fix bugs, manage permissions and more. I can explain in further depth what I did, just shoot me a DM. As well as this, I was given access to the online store, where I created and maintained the stores ToS, and updated packages when necessary.
Roles: Moderator -> Administrator
VulcanMC is currently a SkyBlock server. Custom features, minions and much more.
Roles: Trial-Moderator -> Moderator -> Senior Moderator
Playerbase: 30-140
TheOriginMC is a CosmicPvP Test Server dedicated to PvP and Factions practise.
Roles: Trainee
SpiritMC was a KitPvP server.
Roles: Trainee
Playerbase: 5-10
ArcherNetwork is a small network containing SkyBlock and ArenaPvP. My duties as Trainee were to moderate chat and report rule breakers to Moderators. I also got the chance to use screen sharing software, as well as banning players if needed during UHC games. I did this for about two weeks before getting my promotion to Moderator. With my moderation role I, punished users when/if needed, used screen sharing software if needed, took reports from staff that were submitted in an 'evidence' channel on Discord. I also dealt with player reports. If you want the story of my promotion from Moderator to Manager, ask via Discord.
Roles: Trainee (1-3 weeks) --> Moderator (1/2 weeks) --> Manager
Playerbase: 20-50 (Up to 120 when UHC was on)
SupremePvP is a Network containing custom Faction servers, two of their first realms were 'Twilight' and 'Tropical'
Roles: Administrator

AzmarinMC is a 1.12+ custom survival server

Alongside Minecraft, I have worked with Xenforo. Once when I had my own server, and another time when I performed the role as an Administrator, both experiences listed below. Overall I have had two or so years of experience working with Xenforo, as well as other website hosts such as Enjin.
I have had this position several times on small servers with a player base of around ten. The biggest server I’ve staffed on as a Helper had around fifty players at max. I didn’t progress from Helper as after a while, I did not find the server to be too interesting, so I made my resignation. However, I remember constantly asking if anyone needed help and engaging with the community.
I have served in this role quite a few times. On one server, I remember working with a great community of around twenty players. It was an OP-Prison server, the atmosphere of it all was incredible. I always made sure players were sticking to the rules, kept the chat clean and answered all questions that were fired my way. I have Moderated on many small servers, ranging from twenty to seventy(ish) players. I enjoy this role, as I have a passion for helping and supporting others. I am always happy to answer questions, punish rule breakers and do my best to grow the community.
I haven’t been able to staff in this position as much as I would have liked. I’ve only performed as an Administrator a few times, and only on servers with around five to twenty players, so I have not been able to work on how to be a truly successful administrator.
Update: I am currently gaining more experience as an Administrator for the server KrakenMC. My role as their Admin is to find, test and fix bugs.
Update: I am currently gaining more experience as an Administrator for the server KrakenMC. My role as their Admin is to find, test and fix bugs.
I have performed the role of Manager multiple times. It is a role I enjoy the most, as it is one of the most important roles within the staff team. My main focus as a manager is always the welfare of the server/network and of course its community. I strive to provide the best service to make sure the community is constantly growing, but in a way in which it maintains an enjoyable and friendly atmosphere.
I have performed the role Of Owner once before, on a server (listed below) that lasted a couple of years, gathering hundreds of players in total. As I have owned a server, I know what it is like to only want the best staff team members, to provide only the best support for your community and server/network. I believe I can offer that.
