Hey MCM,

I am in the fortunate position to be able to recruit some amazing Moderators to join the Minecraftia team!

Whilst you will be a volunteer, it will never seem that way, you will be part of a truly outstanding team with the utmost professionalism. You will never be on your own and your entire team will be right behind you to support you to do your absolute best. Being a Moderator means alot to us, and you mean alot to us.

What to expect:
-A supportive, welcoming environment for people of all backgrounds
-A full self-paced training program, covering mental health and general moderation

What we expect:
-You need to be active, it is impossible to be a good moderator if you aren't there to moderate.
-Be dedicated to improving the community as a whole
-Have an amazing personality that works with everyone you meet
-Maintain a professional Discord appearance (avatar and username must not be inappropriate)
-Good grammar, punctuation and spelling (Exceptions will be made in extenuating circumstances)

Desirables:
-The ability to voice call - We hope that you can chat to the team via voice!
-The ability to join the Minecraft Java Edition Server on the latest version - We hope that you can play with us!
-Knowledge of Discord bots such as Dyno - full training provided regardless
