Currently we have a team board who review all applications. This is a new server coming out.

1) Basic Information -
  • Minecraft username:
  • Previous Minecraft usernames:
  • Timezone:
  • Age (Note: You must be 16 or over to apply):
  • Do you have access to TeamSpeak and a working microphone? (yes/no)
  • Do you have the ability to record minecraft video?
  • Gaming Twitter link (If you have one)::
  • Are you multilingual? (Fluent in multiple languages. Not just learning one.)

2) How much time do you have to contribute to the role?

3) Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, please include details.

4) SCENARIO: Suppose it's your first week of being a Moderator and you ban a player. Their guild mates start spamming your twitter calling you a bad Mod and telling you to unban them. What would you do?

5) If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft ?

6) Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience?
If so explain what role you played, what skills/experiences you picked up and how this will help you in your role as a helper.

7) Anything else we should know?

Previous Minecraft usernames:
What sense makes that. Just look it up?!
Gaming Twitter link
What?!

5) If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft ?
None of your business.

Just saying, you won't get good/active mods just by searching. If you don't have an active playerbase, mods have no work. Being a mod on a server you never played on is useless(from my point of view).

No offence, but you included no information about you, your current staff team or your server. This lost my interest immediately, try adding more information. If someone applied, there basically applying for an "unknown server". There is no information on it, or where you're aiming it to achieve in the future.

The last question is most likely included so he can see if you'd have enough time to dedicate to moderating his server.

All that questions matters,

1) For see how serious you are at Minecraft, If your last IGN was Dunios777_MC_Loves_Creepers, You will not be able to be a MOD.
2) For see if you are a person that plays games.
3) For check how much time you will be in it.[DOUBLEPOST=1474757881][/DOUBLEPOST]

This thread is aiming to search moderators, the question is simple you want to apply or not, If you apply we do a Skype Chat, We are not going to place off here all the information of the server for people see their convenient or not.

If we are aiming into a big network, we are going to have tons of applications
If we are aiming into a small network, not so many.

So we do this for see, who really wants, no matter what.

ThomasMery ,
can totally understand you. But as Azaxel said, you'll just apply to a server that is unknow or not even finished:
This is a new server coming out.
The thing is, you can't hire moderators who have never played on your network/server. I think the most guys will just do it for the rank and won't take their work seriously.

Active players on your network would need to apply for a rank, since they are very active, experienced(on your server), will eventually friends/connections on the netwokr/server and will mostly be dedicated to your network/server.

But what are you trying to say? To accept anyone who applys because is a new network? That will not happend.

ThomasMery ,
Sorry if I'm a bit unclear.
You need people you can trust. You can't just look for random users on a forum. You need dedicated users who wan't to do this kind of job. (No offense)
