About RavixMC
RavixMC is a new Minecraft community focused on creating a fair, polished, and enjoyable experience for players. Our main launch focus is Survival, with custom systems, quality-of-life features, progression, player-focused updates, and a strong community-first approach.
We are also working on The Gauntlet, a free-for-all PvP gamemode with PvE content, bosses, progression, chaos, and a lot more planned. The goal is to make it feel like a fast-paced combat experience where there is always something happening.
Moderator Role
As a Moderator, you will help keep RavixMC safe, fair, and organized. Moderators are responsible for handling player reports, enforcing rules fairly, reviewing escalated situations, assisting players in-game and on Discord, and helping the staff team maintain a positive community during launch.
Moderators are also responsible for handling punishments issued by Helpers when an escalation is required. This includes reviewing evidence, checking context, communicating with staff, and deciding whether the punishment should stay, change, or be escalated further.
RavixMC also supports Simple Voice Chat. Staff members are required to be able to install Simple Voice Chat so they can properly assist with voice chat moderation and server support when needed.
What Moderators Will Do
Review and handle player reports
Help enforce server and Discord rules fairly
Handle escalations when a Helper-issued punishment needs Moderator review
Assist players with questions and concerns
Watch for cheating, toxicity, harassment, and rule-breaking
Help with voice chat moderation when needed
Report bugs, issues, and player concerns
Support the staff team during launch
Help keep the community friendly, fair, and organized

Important Notes
Moderator spots are very limited. We are only accepting people who are a strong fit for RavixMC and understand that staff are here to help the community, not control it.
Applicants who are not selected for Moderator may still be considered for Helper if we believe that role is a better fit.
This is a great opportunity for players who want to get involved early and help shape a new community before launch.
