About the server
Hello, my name is Jargin Bijac and I am the owner of a factions server called BlockadeMc. We currently have 12 members of our staff team and we are looking for more. The Co-Owner and I have owned about 4 different servers and all of them have failed during development. We never had the motivation to do it because the other servers we made we did not have the right staff to help us complete the job. The Co-Owner and I have found fantastic developers and fantastic developers to help us accomplish what we have right now and we could not be any happier with how it is coming along. Now before I say this people are going to criticise me and that is fine and I totally understand why you would. But first, listen to what I have to say. We currently have a custom classes plugin that allows players to choose which powers they would like to wield throughout their gameplay. We have 3 selectable classes fire, ice, and undead, Each of them has special abilities. The fire class can summon lava on his opponents in a 7 block radius, the ice class can summon snowmen to do his bidding for him, and the undead can summon zombies to feast on your opponents. Something else that comes with the plugin is the ability to have fire aspect on anything you have equipped as the fire class, as the ice class you have a chance to slow your opponents, and as the undead class you have a chance to wither your opponents. Your chance to make these abilities occur can increase by using the /class rankup command that cost in game money. Another plugin we are in the progress of making is our dungeons plugin. This plugin spawns large dungeons around the world that can have a difficulty of easy, medium, or hard. Entering the dungeon you will face unique mobs that you must defeat to make your way through the dungeon while fighting other players looking to take over the same dungeon. The dungeon can contain boss fights, puzzles, traps, and parkour. Once you face the final boss he drops a few unique items that have special enchantments no one else can get. We also are following the Minecraft EULA so the server will not be pay2win at all. When you donate you will have weekly token pickups that you can receive to use in the token shop. From there you can buy kits, items, commands, and much more. We have not decided what the weekly token pickup will be for donors and non-donors yet but we will see.About the server
About the Co-Owner and I
Ok, I bet most people won't care about this but I feel that this is needed. I am 14 years of age and the Co-Owner (ShortBoardSurfin or Batman) is 18 years of age. I am a student and I am at school on weekdays from 7:30am to 3:30pm the Co-Owner has graduated from high school but he has a job and works long shifts almost every day. I have known the Co-Owner for about 3 years now and I can tell you I do not regret a single minute I talk to him ever. He is probably one of the most chill people you will ever meet and very easy to talk to. About 2 years ago I and him had a dream to start up our own server. These past years have consisted of failed server that we got bored of during development. But the Co-Owner and I have done tremendous work on this server and it is near done with its development stages. The Co-Owner pays for everything server related and I do all of the server management. He considers me the Owner of the server for some bizarre reason because he thinks that I am the backbone of the server even though without his contributions we would have a server to create. Now before I keep rambling about me and the Co-Owner lets get on to the part most people are here for.
How to apply
Ok, so instead of me creating formats for people to follow on how to apply I want you to create your own application to send to me. I will go over the very small requirements before I start.

That's it that is all I require from you to apply. Whether or not you make it we will have to see. Do not think that typing out an enormous application will get you in. I am looking for quality over quantity. Someone who has a 100-word application could get in easily over they guy with a 300-word application.
