Mods/Admins for upcoming Practice, KitPvP, Survival network

Hey,
I'm looking for new staff for my server.
On launch, here's what we're going to have:

Practice
- Custom KB
- Tons of kits
- Bot duels
- Events and Tournaments
- Payouts (added in Season 2)

KitPvP
- Custom-Coded Leveling system
- OP Kits
- Gear and Enchant shops
- Balanced Economy
- Custom Player-Warps
- Events

Survival
- Fishing pond to get OP Items
- Minorly Enhanced World Generation
- Towns and Land Claims
- Player Shops and Warps

We're looking for Moderators and Admins. Your job should be pretty self-explanatory, but here are the requirements/basics of the job:
Moderators:
- At least 13 years old
- Clean history on OTHER SERVERS (we will check your social media accounts. If you hack on or grief other servers you will not be accepted!)
- Screensharing experience not required, but improves your chances
- Decent ability at finding hackers

Admins:
- At least 14 years old
- Clean history on OTHER SERVERS (see Moderator requirements)
- Knowledge on Screensharing hackers.
