Why Dosent Mojang have 2FA in 2019? it’s absolutely ridiculous that anyone’s account could get cracked and griefed. I know Mojang has security questions that’s still not enough to stop someone from logging on the account and getting it banned everywhere.

2Factor would be a great idea if the game wasn't designed for kids that probably don't have phones.

They can use parents phones for that matter.

Not once had an account stolen using a randomly generated password.

Not true.
Using a complex randomly generated password will lower the chances of your account being cracked, however, what's not to say that a bot randomly generates passwords similar to the one you generated? Eventually, it would be cracked.

Of course but that's why you add more characters into it. most people cracking accounts just use password lists as generating a random password wouldn't be very effective.

Anything would but the chance is way lower than a standard password. Even with 2FA it can still get stolen

Correct. The only method to not get your stuff stolen is:
1) Make a VERY complex password.
2) Add 2FA
3) Add a Phone Number
4) Add a Recovery E-Mail.
5) Put a birth date, name that you remember. As well as remember the creation date.

If you do all Five, you will always re-gain access to it. (If it ever even gets broken into)

Even without 2FA if they added suspicious login attempts it would be better.

2FA will not stop anything, accounts will just get sim swapped and parents would lose alot more then just there minecraft account.

step 1. use a random 30 character password and save it in a .txt file
step 2. main 2b2t so that you getting banned on servers doesn't matter
