Mojang blocks Security Questions bug.

So most of us know the the security questions thing where you can reset them. You use this for sniping. BUT you now can't do that.

Maybe its just me but iv tried it on 2 diff ip's and accounts and nothing happens.

No, they changed the system completely.

It seems to be an effort to stop people who get email : pass combos, log in, set security questions and take over an account

Now in order to change an email you have to set security questions and use those to change it.

You also can no longer disable security questions, only change them. Accounts bought off .net still have no security questions until you set them I believe.

There's going to be a workaround that logs in with security questions, however I was told it likely won't be as fast.

wow, they didn't release any updates or news on this either too?

Only difference is it's slightly more of a hassle to transfer an email due to the extra step, but no problem. And hopefully this will cut down on non secure accounts which get taken back, resulting in a scam report.

and im pretty sure it doesnt do that thing where if you move an email it says that you cant change the seq questions anymore so that makes it easier

I got one of my accounts email locked. I can't move it to any email. So thats a thing now
