Ok coolWell... When first reading this I was angry. But thinking for 15 minutes and I realised this won't affect anyone largely. Regular servers will just continue running like normal. The only thing that would affect servers like mineplex would be the handmade thsirts etc. they sell, due to them all being made the same. So they would have to have a small variation every 21 shirts or something like that. I myself am quite annoyed that people won't be able to upload videos etc. to things like YT Red or Vessel as I will have both of them. But well, it doesn't affect us just yet... But I guess that will be the next step![]()

I don't think Mojang asking its users to make their Minecraft-related videos available to the public for free is unreasonable at all. And Minecraft inspired products refers to real-life items.1) YouTube Red is now starting to force some content creators to use it. ESPN has had a majority of their videos removed because they refused.
2) This means services like Vessel cannot be used unless the user releases within 24 hours.
3)"• Minecraft inspired products can’t be produced with the same design in quantities any higher than 20, cannot be mass produced and can’t be worth a total of more than $5000 per calendar year"
I believe spigot premium plugins may fall under the category of "Minecraft inspired product".
They already did a while ago when the whole fuss about the EULA started, just nobody listened to it.We'll see what happens with intangible items, maybe Mojang will have a say about them. For now, we will just have to stay tuned.
