You do get an advantage over others by going onto a different program to vote, not everyone is required to vote and it does effect gameplay when you receive rewards that not everyone gets because not everyone is going to go to a website to vote. Makes sense. Is this going to be the next argument from the kids that are against the EULA?

I still don't understand what's the point of the EULA...
It's to hurt Minecraft servers, make the server owners poor and are forced to shut down because they're not making enough money.

Voting rewards banned because they're unfair for players that don't vote.. Hmm..

I say they should set a limit on how many hours you are allowed to play each server per month, as it's unfair for people who can't spend as much time online.[DOUBLEPOST=1469908950][/DOUBLEPOST]

Please.. Tell me you're kidding..

"not everyone is going to go to a website to vote." So? If they want the rewards, they can just vote. Costs nothing, everyone can do it, so it's not unfair. It's litterally as unfair as my suggestion above...[DOUBLEPOST=1469909161][/DOUBLEPOST]
They have the rights to enforce it, it's their game. And what's so bad about it? Just use that voteparty thing?
Servers only being allowed to reward all players as a whole is bad, as it makes the individual not want to vote. What's the point in voting? Say you vote, you may not even be online when the goal is finally reached, which leads me to the next point. If you're only allowed to reward everyone who's online when goal is reached, isn't it unfair for people who's not on at that given moment? According to Mojang's logic, it shouldn't be allowed then, as it's unfair for some people.

I'm not kidding. Yes everyone can do it, however its not like something you can do in game, you have to go to a website. Maybe not everyone can access those websites? It changes game play regardless, whether everyone can do it or not, and it's against the EULA.

What is the alternative for server owners now? Do new server owners just hope that players care enough to vote, or is there a loophole or some other way to reward voters?
