Hello MCM, today I am selling Molten Studios xHCF's ownership.

I've decided to sell my xHCF as I no longer have the time to run it and don't want to see the project die out just because I can't give it the attention it needs. It currently has 25 purchases and has made £250 ($314) in total. This isn't the source code that has been leaked on [Censored] we have a very close on that. Please don't trash this thread as I do want to sale it and not ars about.

The sale will include:
- I will transfer the resource over to you. (Link)
- I will give you the source code in the current state.
- Domain and all the artwork

What you will have to do:
- Make a new license website (just use 000webhost)
- Setup a support discord (If you don't have one already)

Not to trash but I am sure the ability items in here is skidded from the hcrival leak if you could provide that it isn't would be very appreciated(from what ive seen from the leaked src).

The abilities item are Coral Abilities, which I’ve purchased SRC + Resell for the core - but I’m not sure if I can include it yet.

The only two bugs at the moment are the abilities items and chat prefix as we were adding support for Vault and not just PEX

No offense but the Proof Of Ownership screenshot's really don't make this look like it's worth a buy, The main class itself is messy and has not been changed much if at all from default realms which worries me because chances are if that hasn't been cleaned has anything else? you should consider cleaning the source code before selling it and adding more proof of ownership screenshots as a main class doesn't show much.
