Money Brings Happiness (CHANGE MY MIND)

I was in the shower and was thinking about my life In 10 years. And I've been realizing that money brings happiness most of the time and I do agree somewhat with sometimes it can't bring you happiness.

So, change my mind.
DOES MONEY BRING HAPPINESS?

It can't buy an emotional connection with another human being.. It can certainly help in some cases.

Money can buy some things that bring you happiness but there are things that bring you happiness that money has no power over. So I guess it's half and half

I used to have quite a bit of wealth in my younger years, don't get addicted to gambling kids. But when I had that money, sure I had fun with it, but I always felt things missing in my life, things materialistic things cannot compensate for. I was more depressed when I had money than I am now, and I'm broke af.

I know a few homeless people whom are actually happy with their life.

money is really just about having all the things that you always wanted, once you'll get them you'll be happy but for how long? it's just a pleasure

happiness ain't the same as pleasure - pleasure is gratification and happiness is satisfaction.

pleasure is just a quick fix, it'll make you pleased but not happy in the long term. e.g buying a rolex or ice cream etc to suppress negative feelings, it won't last.

Anyone who has had a good amount of money for quite a while would know it does not bring happiness.

Pretty much everyone I have seen that make this comment have never experienced having large amounts of disposable income.

Sure it'll make your life a lot easier (no worry about money every month, etc) but it won't keep you happy.

the fact that you speak to homeless people is fucking alarming
Haad i find that happiness is sort of a balance of personality, relationships, money, social order, etc. It does not come from one thing, but a mere balance of a multitude of life's aspects.

Why is that alarming? They are people to. I like to hear peoples life stories. Not to mention as I don't really like to give homeless people money, I will sometimes buy them food, etc to help them out.
