I'm looking for some money making plugins for my privival server (prison+survival)

If you have any idea note them down below, and I might buy for up to $5

Something do with you mine or build etc, you doing something and you get money.

Your maximum budget is $5? My minimum for a plugin of any type is $25, but I can probably make an exception and get you a forceop for $5.
