Money Plugin

Hey guys, i'm in need of a very small plugin. I need a plugin that inside the config allows me to set a Min and Max. The Min will be the minimum amount of money a player gets when killing another player and the Max will be the maximum amount of money they will get from killing a player. There needs to be a configurable way to get a random amount of money thats in-between the MIN and MAX. Its OK if they get money with decimals like $1.34 or $5.43 Heres an example of the config

Min: 1
Max: 15


Im hoping someone can do this for a vouch, if not I can pay a couple of bucks
