I don't have much cash and since I don't have college and I am looking for a job or part time work i'm practically broke.

I'm due to get about 10$.. Could people tell me what I could invest it into to make some more cash back.

If you're looking for a job, take on almost anything that's not sewage inspector, call-center operator or door-to-door sales agent. those are the worst jobs.
If you currently can only do skript, try learning HTML/CSS. start with HTML4.
Maybe also see if you can master website building in general. There's always demand for websites of any quality, from shitty to pro-level. It won't be enough to make a living, but it'll be a nice extra if you can't get a newspaper job or some such.

That, for one. Still, learning to build a basic website in HTML/CSS is something you should have no trouble mastering. even I could do it in 3 months, and I suck at just about any form of programming.
Apart from that, try learning as many website 'maker' packages as possible. Things like Magento (for webshops), Joomla, Wordpress, etc. If you can exceed average ability with all of those, you'll be fine.
