If you look on the logo, it clearly states "Logo by RezzedUp". We made the rest of the website.

Is the new website a modified template too? Or completely done from scratch this time?
Also, MineVival's website has been completely redone since you've done your work on it; unless you were involved in the recreation of it or have a screenshot of its previous layout, I personally wouldn't include it in the portfolio.

They didn't code a lot of the CSS and JavaScript files (they mainly use Bootstrap). If you view the source and then browse to the various CSS and JavaScript files you can see the credits.
You'll have to wait for their reply to find out whether the website is a modified template.
We have used a CSS and JS framework to build our site from. This was done as we have many ongoing Monlotron and non-Monlotron related projects going on. We also have a large amount of paying clients, who always come before ourselves. We began coding our own, but decided to use a framework around half way through to save time.
You're also completely incorrect about the MineVival site. We have made both the old and new ones entirely.

This is the worst fucking company ever, they took my fucking money, and said they would not refund it back. I was pissed, i canceled the service, when i found out that mini pack design was just taking a default enjin theme and customizing that (I can do that). I asked for a refund, because I was no longer interested and they said no, i was pissed. I still have not got my money back, this was back in 2014. Oh did i mentioned? I am blocked from his skype, and he would not reply back. Do you know what i did to earn all those money? Its like you don't give a fuck about your customers or something, you just want money to yourself, or like you said you need to pay your "designers". Well, I need to pay my fucking bills. I know its been a long time, but i am still pissed, and unforgiving about this situation till now. I ask kindly, please refund me back that money. Thank you.

Deciding if legit or not
It is legit, i can show you the transaction.
There enjin themes aren't the most advanced but I'm not sure they actually take a regular enjin theme and edit it. My experience with this design team has been great.
You should probably show evidence considering that accusation.
That's what they told me. I simply decided to canceled it, but they said they won't refund the money back.
If they were in the process of making it, that's completely understandable.
Also, in order to make a theme, you have to edit a theme! Therefore, what they said is completely correct and it was your fault for cancelling.
Oh yeah I forgot about that. My website theme was edited and it looks great and custom.
