Nope, they were not in process of starting it. They simply take one of the enjin premium theme and edit it.

I mean think about it? If you decide to change your mind, and you no longer need that servive, and they have not started on the project yet. You have complete right to get that money back.Exactly
I don't think you understand what we mean. You cannot have a blank enjin page. The API doesn't let that happen. You always have to use a theme. Believe it or not, editing the theme makes it look really nice. They don't have to offer a refund if you already placed the order. If they never completed it, they would. You cancelled on them meaning they would lose business. Let's see what they have to say

Put up a scam report if you have sufficient evidence. From what I see, you're only accusing not proving anything.
Oh, trust me i will. I will not let my money go like this. Like I said this was back in 2014 and it still hurts for me to think about it now. Its like there is no value for money in this world anymore.

Well, they didn't provide any work and they are basically getting that money for free and also, i have every right to cancel my service and recieve that money back. Its not fair you know. Like i said, i will provide proof as soon as I get my laptop back, I am on my new computer atm.
The key thing to remember is: You cancelled, not them.
From what I see this design company did nothing wrong. Also no you don't have every right. If you purchase something from someone you agree to there terms.

Refunds
You are not, under any circumstances entitled to a refund for any work which has been provided. If work has been provided, and any has been made, you will not be allowed to get any money back.
A refund is only acceptable if you have been given one by Monlotron Designs for uncompleted work. However, this is not applicable if you choose to cancel your order after it has been started, or if you choose to use another designer mid-way through the process.
If you started a project with Monlotron Designs and have not been in contact with us for over 3 months, your project will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to receive a refund if a payment has been sent.
If you attempt a chargeback, buyback or open a claim against us via PayPal you will be instantly banned without question, and possibly without notice. We reserve the right to not refund you for any payments you have made to us.
