Monsters not spawning during day

Hi!
My monsters were spawning about a day ago during daylight, using spigot obviously, and WildStacker, Multiverse and WorldGuard plugins. I don't know what went wrong with monsters spawning ONLY during day because now they're not.

Is the issue here that you're trying to get monsters TO spawn (ONLY?) during the day, and they've stopped doing so? What are you using to handle limiting mob spawns to only the day?
