Monthly Crate plugin

Hey,

Does anyone know of any monthly Crates plugin that works? I've stumbled across this plugin https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/monthlycrates-1-7-1-10.23610/ but it doesn't seem to work in version 2.3.

What do you mean by monthly crates

Are you familiar with cosmic pvp's monthly crates? It's normally referred as a "cc" but I thought more people would understand the term Monthly Crate. The plugin that I listed above shows exactly what I'm needing the plugin to do It's just I need a working one.
