Monthly payment + digital download system

Hello there,


I am looking for a developer to make me a admin/user panel.

I already have a main page of the website I just need the admin + user panel and the payment system.

It's very specific what I want it's basically when they press buy, they will register an account, which will go to a database, and then they will be brought to the user panel where it will tell them to pay, once they have paid, on the main page of the user panel it will tell them how long they've got left until they have to pay (monthly)

There will be another page on the user panel where they get access to 5 "assets" to download. This page will only be available if they have paid. This will also be a random 5 assets per month they pay.

Now getting onto the admin panel. This is something only I will have access to. All I want on here is a page where i can see a number of how many people are subscribed, and another page where I can upload the assets. On the asset upload I want to be able to upload the file, add a title, a description, and upload a photo, which will be displayed to the customer on their panel.

On the user side, it will then choose a random 5 assets out of that uploaded list to give to the customer.

I have a colour scheme in mind, as well as a layout in mind. It's a simple layout, nothing over the top.
