The current one seems to rely on community reporting and mods manually have to review the users IP and see if it matches. The system itself only catches a few people per day. Why not just stop them from signing up from the start?

It actually does this already. It detects it on registration.

We actually block quite a few alternate accounts that you guys just don't see happening. It could be a lot worse, trust me. :p

This is Off topic BUT

Ajdin I can successfully log onto my laptop to Mcm with my school network but when I log on with my phone, It blocks it when Im on the same network

We get 500 registrations/week. It's impossible for us to check each one as it's a really lengthy process.
