More gradient name colors

I know the donation for the name color is blue, because the funding is going towards water. But I suggest adding more colors just for this month, or having more charity's in the future with different gradient name colors based off what the money is going towards.

I'm all for fundraisers and releasing fancy name colours, but doing one a month is pretty excessive. I have been planning that 1 per year would be a good balance, and each time to a different cause. Two years was Breast Cancer and this year we have Water.org fundraising. We may do another this year to make up for the lack of any fundraisers (and generally community things like contests etc) that we missed under Bosny's care.

If we do another this year what should it be for? I was thinking to support mental health and depression, but I'd like to know what charity you'd like to do a fundraiser for (what charity will influence what colour name we would release too).

The problem with themes is that the more we introduce the more work it will be. Each time I want to update our staff chat tags, for example, I do it in the CSS of each theme, and when xf2.0 comes out we'd have to get that theme recreated then too.

Perhaps we could do a name colour and a medal, but giving a theme for each fundraiser will get too much in the coming years.

No no I meant themes as in different types of charities supporting a different cause. Then users would vote. I think the medal is a good idea and should be implemented into the current fundraiser as like a drop of water.

Ohh I see, yeah perhaps we could do that. There is a suggestion about adding in a water drop icon for people who donate but that'd have to be done manually right now which isn't really worth it I don't think. In the future when we get something custom made up for the medals it should be possible though.

Like I said above I don't think we're ever going to introduce new colours unless they're for a particular cause. I have been looking into having our next fundraiser for depression awareness and October is the month for it, so we could do a fundraiser then. The Anxiety and Depression Association of America seems like a likely charity to donate to.
