Hello!
ezgif-1-489a2d5dc653.gif

My name is CelaenaS and I am only semi-active in the Established Servers section.
While writing my thread for my network MCGrind, I had run into an issue!
The issue was that 30 images were NOT enough for the design I wanted to do.

My proposition is to double the number of maximum images to make it 60 in total.
So far all 3 threads, I have created on MC-Market have exceeded the 30 image limit and without Imgur helping me out and helping me by letting me create albums, each thread would consist of around 40-50 images and with more in-depth thread consisting of more images.
This did not affect my first two threads heavily but it really made the quality of the third really go downhill with not being able to show updates cleanly and rely on Imgur for such a big portion of our thread.
I hope this isn't considered "advertising" but the greatest example really does take place in this thread:

If the staff decide to be super nice and give us 100 images that would be absolutely shway!

The only downside to this would be users spamming images in threads but since it's already against the rules, this wouldn't be an issue.

Mick mentioned that 134 users on MC-Market have Ultimate and I'm sure all 134 users are reputable wouldn't pay a monthly subscription just to spam images.

I really hope this will get increased and with more images, I personally can be more creative by being able to use my Taylor emojis without worrying about the limit.

Yours Through and Through
~ Celaena

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Uh oh we have a Batman Beyond / Flash fan here.

Tbh if you're using 30+ images in a thread, an imgur album is the way to go because I really don't want 30 images loading simultaneously. Makes the page load insanely slow. I've not looked at your thread for that reason, but you should consider using a single thread design with an embedded imgur album/(s).

Also, if you have a page using 30+ images as headers, you should consider using a Google doc instead (or again, a thread design).

Honestly there is no reason you should be directly embedding insane amounts of images into one post. It's bad practice and you could probably be doing something better instead.

As Ally says, just use an imgur album. I doubt there are many Ultimate users that need the ability to post more than 30 images in a post, so adding a feature just for you / maybe a couple others seems unreasonable.

Surprised you caught that reference.
Was added as an inside joke but the main reason I want this is because an emoji that's 32x pixels or a "tag" would take up one image space. Viewing the thread would explain my practice.
And each thread without the help of imgur albums support they would be well over 40.
Since most users don't ever hit the thread limit, I spend hours upon hours on a design only not to be able to upload it to MC-Market and causing me to redesign the thread.
As Ally says, just use an imgur album. I doubt there are many Ultimate users that need the ability to post more than 30 images in a post, so adding a feature just for you / maybe a couple others seems unreasonable.
Trust me, I use Imgur albums <3
Mick the owner said to make this suggestion and I'll most likely get accepted.

Edit: Ive been commissioning artwork.

(1/30 Maximum Images Used)

When I'm home I'll fix up this terrible typing.

I'll move this to pending. It's probably not something that many ultimate users will actually use, but I think it's fairly reasonable for us to extend the limits for those users as long as it isn't abused.

Pending, thanks for the suggestion Jasmine.
